A film review is something that a certain individual will receive permission to post on a website, if they gain the permission they will then rate the film out of 5, 1 star is the lowest rating a film can be given, therefore 5 stars will be the highest one. The person who rate's the film will then explain the plot and give an overall summary of the whole film. Film reviews are very useful for the creators of the movie, the ratings alow them to look back on what they had produced, therefore they can now comment and decide on what needs to be improved in the making of the film.
This film is an account of a young white rapper named Jimmy "B-Rabbit" Smith Jr who is played by Eminem who is living in inner city Detroit, Michigan. The film was a critical and financial success. Eminem won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for "Lose Yourself," the song which was iconic to this film. A decade after its release, Vibe magazine also called the film a "hip-hop movie masterpiece".
